Okay, this is me, the owner and heart behind the program. I have loved dogs since I was a child, but my Mama would not let me have a dog because she was a super neat freak and could not bare to clean up after a dog. When I was six years old we were having the frequent discussion about why I could not have a dog . I was so upset with the whole situation and angry at my Mama, with my hand on my hips, I said, "When I grow up I am gonna have a house full of dogs", she responded "well, I won't be coming to your house ".

I laugh when I think about that but that was actually a self-fulfilling prophecy. I now have all the dogs that I want, but my Mama did rub off on me , because I am OCD about cleaning as well, and I rotate them in the house because they have to be trained and have manners.

My parents ended up building a home right behind me on our property and my Mama comes over everyday. She is starting to like dogs just a little, and she has been caught cleaning up after them from time to time.

Brandy Freeman

Accountant

Everybody that spends any time around me (Sherri) realizes that my passion is for the dogs and NOT the money.  Brandy started with me in 2008 because I was so busy with the everyday affairs of caring for my dogs, puppies and children, and I was neglecting the not so fun part of the job, the office work. God knew I needed help and he sent me Brandy. She's our accountant, the one that handles the money and the bills etc. She's a wonderful blessing to me and everyone that meets her loves her.

Brandy currently is in the office on Wednesday mornings. If you have any questions pertaining to money or financial matters, please email us with your contact info and we can ask Brandy to contact you back when she returns to the office.

Smeraglia is known for our pictures, we have been photographing dogs for as long as we have been raising them. I (Sherri) was the primary photographer for many years. Our whole family has a passion for photography and we have a photography studio on our property. So many people wanted pictures of their puppies and not just the normal puppy shots, they wanted more, and more and I did not have the time to spend all day taking pictures. I needed someone and I was blessed with Meredith. She's a professional photographer that LOVES dogs. She was exactly what we needed. She is serious about puppy portraits. Claire Gautreaux

Secretary

When it comes to the MAC computer, Claire is the bomb. Claire comes in and helps me with my website, the store, she ships products and when it comes to the computer, Claire is my right hand.

She's is our secretary and the one that answers the phone. I used to get more complaints from people for not being able to get us on the phone, because I was never in the office, but now we have that problem solved. Claire is around most of day to answer your calls. She knows all about our breeding & training programs so give her a call, I am certain you will get your questions answered.

Beverly Dix

Shipping  Coordinator & Prep School Secretary

I have known Beverly for many years. She and I actually started raising dogs & our kids around the same time, which was a long time ago! 

Beverly is a detail person. She began helping me answer emails and phone calls right around the time we appeared on the NBC Today Show. I was getting overwhelmed with emails and phone calls as our pupularity soared. As much as I love to talk on the phone I don't seem to have enough time to sit at my desk and take care of my puppies at the same time, so Beverly came along and helped me. Shipping our puppies to their new owners in the safest way possible is her priority. As a breeder for many years and animal lover as well, she had an interest in our prep school program so she was the obvious choice for our prep school secretary.
