The Original Teddy Bear Schnoodle – Our Most Allergy-Friendly Breed

What a Smart, active, super healthy, allergy-friendly, non-shedding, and adorable breed. We absolutely love our Teddy Bear Schnoodles. I am confident once you learn about them, you will love them just as much as we do. The Teddy Bear Schnoodle has become a popular hybrid dog breed over the last 25 years. He’s a cross between the Poodle and the Schnauzer and can be found in many sizes & colors. Ranging from 6 to 76 pounds, the Schnoodle has a place as a lap dog, a very family-focused dog, a therapy dog, a service dog, or a performance dog. This hybrid’s appeal is that they generally have the Poodle’s willingness to please mixed with the sturdiness, focus, and activity of the Schnauzer. Playful and lovable, this dog loves to have fun and is always the center of attention. They have great personalities to go along with their adorable Teddy Bear faces.
Teddybear Schnoodles are a combination of two of the smartest, most people-friendly breeds
We use Miniature Schnauzers, Giant Schnauzers, and Poodles in our Schnoodle breeding program. We carefully select only Schnauzers and Poodles with optimum health, nice temperaments, blocky heads, and stockier builds with soft plush super coats. This winning combination produces pups with beautiful heads and gorgeous teddy bear faces.
They are non-shedding and hypoallergenic as they come from non-shedding parents. They are the perfect choice for those with more severe allergies to dogs or those who simply do not want to clean up dog hair.

We have been committed to the development and research of our Teddy Bear Schnoodle lines since 1999, which led to the world’s first litter of Smeraglia Teddy Bear Schnoodles.
This breed is a phenomenon in animal breeding, referring to the fact that the cross between two unrelated purebred lines is healthier and grows better than either parent line. The other generations still exhibit hybrid vigor, but not as strong as the first generation. As a hybrid cross, they grow healthier and live longer than either parent line. The only genetic diseases they can be prone to would be those shared by both the Schnauzer and the Standard Poodle. No major concerns. Minor concerns. Their life expectancy is 10-13 years for larger sizes & 13-18 for smaller sizes.
Our parent dogs are from some of the nicest bloodlines, with many champions in their history. We do health screenings on our parents before breeding to ensure that we are producing the healthiest puppies. We offer a full two-year health guarantee on all of our puppies and a lifetime of support and rehome/rescue assistance if needed.
Our puppies have current medical records and come with a state-certified Health Certificate. All puppies are well on their way to being crate trained when they go home and have all been well socialized with children. All puppies are child-tested and mother-approved.
